QUICK N EASY - Healthy Snacks for Toddlers

  • Frozen Broccoli Spears
  • Frozen Peas
  • Corn Kernals
  • Carrot Sticks
  • Snow Peas
  • Celery Stick with nut butter
  • Green Beans
HOME MADE (bit more time consuming - but can be cooked in bulk):
  • Popcorn
  • Zucchini chips
  • Sweet potato chips
  • ? Beetroot chips
  • Flax Crackers
  • Date 'n' Nut balls
  • Banana Bars
  • ? Roasted Chick Peas
  • Dehydrated fruit - pineapple, bananas, peaches, cherries, mangos, blueberries, strawberries
NUTS:
  • Raw almonds
  • Raw pistacio kernals
  • Cashews

OTHER:
  • Sultanas

Raw Carrot Cake

Carrots, Walnuts, Cocconut, Sunflower Seeds, Vanilla, Agave... from Rawtarian.

Next time - no vanilla and agave. Use dates instead to sweeten.

Add ground rolled outs.

Spirilised Zucchini

Added veges:
  • Corn 
  • Peas 
  • Chopped Capsicum
  • Spirilized Carrot 
  • Cut up and massaged Kale

"Cheesy" Sauce (blended in Froothie):
  • 2 cups cashews
  • 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1TB lemon juice
  • 1-2TB water
Comments - was nice with some added pine nuts. ?Maybe some mushrooms? A bit of pepper in the sauce would have been nice too.
